** FOCUSED LEARNING
(open to students of all levels of experience from beginner to more advanced; non CTCA members are also welcome - $5 drop in fee)

The instructor will offer more in depth instruction than in regular on-going classes.
Health benefits will be explained and the instructor will take the time to work individually with students while other students are practising together.
The Focused Learning class will work mainly with Tai Chi moves and foundation exercises, however their relevance to Lok Hup will also be explained.
Push Hands will be introduced.

* This class focuses not on learning the 108 movement Tai Chi set, but rather on the building blocks of Tai Chi, including balance, strength and flexibility. Students are welcome to join the class at any time, regardless of their level of experience.
